The Vibrance at Springwood project was a catalyst development in Springwood, facilitated by Logan City Council’s decision to increase residential densities in proximity to nearby Springwood centre. Being a high density mixed use development, the proposal maximised the use of a prominent corner location, with a yield of 18 units and a commercial tenancy from a relatively small 731m2 site.
