Calliope Central is the commercial precinct servicing the Calliope Community which has been developed as part of the Master Planned Calliope Chase Estate. JFP has been involved from concept to completion on earlier stages of the Estate and was also appointed to assist with the delivery of the commercial precinct.

As part of providing services on the project, JFP worked closely with the project architect to ensure that the commercial floor area on the site was maximised as part of the planning application. JFP also provided survey and engineering services for the commercial project.

The successful completion of the Calliope Central Shopping Centre reaffirms JFP’s ability to provide a full range of services to deliver commercial projects.
