Starting design at 15 James Street in 2010, JFP has been involved in delivering various projects along the iconic James Street precinct in Fortitude Valley. From new developments to refurbished retail and restaurant spaces, JFP has applied its skills on many different types of projects along the strip for various clients.

Ranging from streetscape, custom furniture and retail courtyard design, JFP’s Landscape Architects have been able to tailor all projects to fit within the distinctive James Street character while setting a foundation for future developments. Working alongside Richards & Spence, Blueprint and Trapp Architects on several different sites; each design focussed on quality and fine detail to retain the ‘High Street’ feel the precinct is known for.

JFP’s experience in multi-use projects and construction knowledge gave them the ability to creatively solve complex design issues that are often incurred on redevelopment and refurbishment projects, such as creating a new Brisbane City Council barrier detail to solve an unusual multi-level footpath issue.
