The construction of the Gasworks Residences is the final piece of the puzzle within the Gasworks precinct. Overlooking the Gasometer, this luxurious residential building lies within the buzzing heart of Newstead. A desirable place to reside, the high rise compliments its surrounding landscape profusely, incorporating the green theme of the below Gasometer and Plaza into its own composition.

Located on the southern edge of the precinct, the Residences offers its inhabitants great outdoor spaces, for recreational, relaxation and aesthetic uses. Level one of the urban residences is accentuated by a thriving green roof, extending around the building, creating a subtropical ecosystem within its dense urban fabric. Passing breezes are collected and follow the ‘green spine’ of the Residences, which are seen stretching through various ranges of the building.
