CBIC G2 GREEN SQUARE BUILDING

In conjunction with Cottee Parker Architects, JFP’s Landscape Architects were responsible for the full external works design for CBIC’s G2 Green Square building in Fortitude Valley.

Being a Greenstar Building, the development had to meet strict requirements to achieve the required energy and water efficiency. JFP’s Landscape Architects worked alongside other subconsultants to produce a Green Star rated landscape for the building including irrigation.

Hardscape design elements included furniture and stair detailing as well as the addition of upper level courtyards, green walls and high level ‘living screens’. These provide comfortable, useable spaces for the clients while also creating a green buffer to the adjacent residential use.
