JFP was engaged by QM Properties to facilitate a change to the existing Court approval to better reflect site constraints. Following successful approval and design phases, JFP managed the staged delivery of the project; including rehabilitation of the riparian corridor.
JFP’s engineers and landscape architects worked collaboratively to deliver a functional and attractive stormwater management system and conservation area that enhanced the amenity of the estate. The subdivision design included expansive frontage to linear open space to maintain a strong visual and physical connection for residents.
The Maroochy Rivers estate is a good example of how JFP’s various disciplines can work together to achieve great results for clients. Able to draw on its vast experience, JFP’s team was able to seamlessly deliver a quality project on a challenging site that includes bushfire hazard, steep slopes and underlying rock.
