BEECHER ESTATES

For more than a decade, JFP has worked with the Lowtian to produce multiple stages of this large semi-rural development, situated on the border of Beecher State Forest, in between Gladstone and Calliope in Central Queensland.

The development aims to create large residential blocks in a natural setting, which have an environmental focus and protective covenants, while still providing the necessary infrastructure to support the residents.

JFP has been involved in all aspects of survey throughout their time on the project. From initial contour and detail survey, to the set out of earthworks, services and roads through to As Constructed and Cadastral Boundary surveys, JFP has been able to provide the necessary skills to progress through every phase of development.

The provision of JFP’s Survey services on numerous fronts has allowed for multiple stages of the project to progress, helping to make Beecher Estate one of the fastest selling acreage estates in the Gladstone region.
