LITTLE CREEK ESTATE

Situated in Central Queensland, Little Creek is a Master Planned Community with Biffney Creek at its core. This multi-staged residential subdivision has been created to embrace the natural environment and celebrate the use of parks as a focal point to the development.

JFP’s Surveyors have been at the centre of the project, collecting, coordinating and distributing survey data to the consultant team, ensuring that all parties had correct, up-to-date information at all times throughout the project. JFP was also responsible for coordinating the information for multiple approvals at a time, and ensuring that all compliance requirements were achieved efficiently. Providing a variety of survey services, from base survey through to As constructed and Disclosure plans, JFP’s extensive experience was central to the project moving forward in a timely and precise manner.
