JFP was engaged by Altum Constructions to secure a change to an old planning approval over the site, to better reflect market demand. JFP’s planners successfully demonstrated the planning merit for the new proposal which represented a major departure from the original approval.
Balancing the need to deliver a high end product with the need to respect the site’s visual and ecological values has been integral to JFP’s approach. Our planners and environment team have promoted innovative solutions to achieve a quality result that has retained significant trees.
