The provision and upgrade of access and utility services to this development required JFP’s in depth knowledge of the challenges to provide solutions to achieve a high quality result on this project.
The design, construction and titling of infill apartment buildings required the precise and complete information for the design process and an intimate knowledge of the land transfer options and methodologies in titling the ultimate multi-owner high density development.
