JFP was instrumental in obtaining approval of a terrace style development on steep land in Peregian Springs. Our planning team clearly articulated the merits of the proposal and successfully argued for additional building height and approval of a unique building design for the Sunshine Coast.
Collaboration between our planners and surveyors and the project team’s architect ensured a seamless transition from concept design, detailed architectural, engineering and landscape design through to the creation of new titles. Our planners successfully negotiated an approval which allow ‘plan sealing’ at the early phase of building to allow prompt titling of the development for our client. Our survey team expertly managed the community titling aspect of the project, allowing for standard format lots to be created under a Community Title Scheme.
JFP’s experience in securing approvals for combined built form residential and subdivision projects and coordinating project teams has helped deliver Sunland Group’s ‘The Terraces’, which has proved to be a highly successful and iconic residential development at Peregian Springs.
