Located in the leafy suburb of Doolandella and bordering Blunder Creek, just under 20 km southwest of Brisbane city, the development represents a multi-staged residential development created by Estates Co. The proposal comprised 67 freehold residential lots over 2 stages.
Being on some of the highest land in Doolandella the completed house sites exhibits a high degree of amenity with breezes and quality vistas to the East and South.
The site backs onto Blunder Creek with a number of the approved allotments having direct creek frontage. Enhanced and rehabilitated areas along the creek further enhance amenity and environmental credentials of the estate.
Delivered over multiple stages, the estate will ultimately connect into the adjoining established estates, providing connectivity in the overall road network and legibility for residents. Trunk infrastructure items and stormwater treatment facilities were delivered as part of both stages of the project.
Delivery of the Estate required complex negotiations with Brisbane City Council in relation to Structure Planning, Bushfire Management and Ecological values. JFP was able to assist our Client in consultation with specialist sub-consultants to navigate the DA assessment process to achieve a positive outcome that both the client and the project team can truly be proud of.
