JFP was commissioned to manage the design and planning approval process for the entire Master Planned Creekwood development; located in Meridan Plains, Caloundra.
Creekwood includes small lots which accommodate terrace homes, an innovative and contemporary interpretation of the traditional terrace housing concept. These lots provide affordable housing with separate titles. JFP played a critical role in negotiating the approval pathway for this innovative style of residential living, by liaising closely with Council to get “buy-in”.
The terrace homes, with a mix of front and rear loaded garage access, were a new form of development for the suburban coastal location of Meridan Plains. JFP was instrumental in articulating the benefits of the proposal, which provides diverse and attractive development solutions for the Sunshine Coast. To deliver this outcome, JFP successfully sought changes to the approved Master Plan document to facilitate the creation of terrace-house lots down to 141mР with adequate provision of carparking and private open space.
The Creekwood project is another example of JFP’s skill at achieving outstanding development outcomes for our clients. JFP’s expertise in negotiating the approval pathway allowed for delivery of the development approval within very short timeframes.
