JFP played a leading role in the design and delivery of the Ambrosia Estate, from concept to completion. JFP’s collaborative multi-discipline approach involving Planners, Surveyors, Engineers and Landscape Architects/Ecologists provided a seamless path to coordinating and obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, including trunk road infrastructure. The result is a high quality residential estate that now delivers an attractive new part of the Heathwood community. The project has opened up important new connections between existing areas and an existing parkland corridor for new residents to enjoy.
JFP’s knowledge and experience with greenfield residential subdivisions, particularly where involving vegetation management, bushfire constraints, and trunk infrastructure, was vital to the realisation of the project.
