JFP provided a leading role in the design and delivery of ‘Archers Way’, from concept to completion. JFP’s collaborative multi-discipline approach involving Planners, Surveyors, Engineers, Landscape Architects and Arborist provided a seamless path to coordinating and obtaining necessary regulatory approvals, including trunk sewerage and water supply infrastructure. The result is a quality residential development that will deliver an attractive new part of the D’Aguilar community.
JFP’s knowledge and experience with greenfield residential subdivisions, particularly where involving vegetation management, bushfire constraints and trunk infrastructure was vital to the realisation of the development.
An innovative Virtual tour using 3DX Pilot was also created to assist with the marketing of the Project.
