Experience

Chamindri is an experienced Stormwater Engineer with over 15 years in the Industry. Her key areas of expertise are flooding and stormwater management. She has worked on a wide range of projects, which include residential, commercial, industrial and master planned communities.

Having used a range of modelling software to create hydrological and hydraulic models (1D and 2D) for flood investigations and flood mitigation works, Chamindri’s extensive knowledge of water sensitive urban design principles and relevant modelling software has allowed her to develop effective stormwater quality management strategies.

Chamindri can offer integrated solutions for stormwater management. She has skills in developing master plan strategies, conceptual designs, as well as detailed designs. Her excellent client liaison skills and friendly demeanour enable easy communication between all members of the project team.

Her problem solving abilities have allowed her to prepare integrated water management solutions that aim to leverage land yield and reduce stormwater infrastructure development costs.

With a passion for sustainable development, Chamindri balances both client needs and commercial parameters in all of her designs and recommendations.
