JFP Urban Consultants were engaged to obtain approval for a range of industrial uses on a site subject to a P&E Court approval, including a Waste transfer facility with weighbridge.
JFP advocated for an “Other Change” approval strategy to ensure that the client retained the benefit of the existing approval whilst also obtaining approval for new uses. JFP’s town planners successfully navigated a complex site history and obtained an MCU approval which allows our client to operate its business in an integrated way that achieves positive amenity, traffic management and stormwater quality outcomes.
