JFP worked with Unison Projects to design and oversee the construction of over 240 lots as part of the Griffin Pocket development. The project involved significant bulk earthworks operations spread across two precincts. The project also involved the delivery of Trunk Infrastructure which required complex negotiations with Authorities to secure appropriate Trunk Infrastructure Offsets.
JFP was able to assist our Client to secure appropriate Trunk Offsets. Importantly, in conjunction with our Client, JFP’s multi-disciplinary approach was able to overcome site challenges which included flood-prone land, poor soil conditions and rock to create an estate with a strong physical brand that gives the development a real presence when on-site.
The Griffin Pocket development is another example of how JFP’s multi-disciplinary approach can assist to overcome significant on-site challenges to create a memorable residential estate development.
