Allison has experience, both in local government and in the private sector covering a variety of urban and regional development types including residential, commercial, industrial and rural.  Allison has been involved in the lodgement and management of a variety of planning application types across Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Moreton Bay & Central Queensland.

Allison is adept at guiding our clients projects through what can often be a complex approval process, by utilising her comprehensive knowledge of the planning and legislative framework.

Highly skilled in project management, Allison continually strives to ensure that associated consultant inputs and Council development assessment occurs in a timely way, thereby enabling our clients projects to be delivered as soon as possible.

Allison’s determination to achieve results has seen her develop strong working relationships across various local authorities including Sunshine Coast, Noosa & Gladstone Councils; relationships which are critical to the timely delivery of development approvals.
