PROMINENCE is a staged Master Planned Community created by experienced urban developers AUSBUILD, with support from JFP. Located in the southern Brisbane suburb of Pallara, PROMINENCE is a substantial development consisting of more than 1250 proposed residential lots, a shopping village and greenspace. The market demand for PROMINENCE communities to date has been exceptional.

JFP has been involved in all facets of bringing PROMINENCE to life from Concept to Completion; including Concept Design, Feasibility, Development Applications, Detailed Design and Construction Administration over the last 7 years.

One important task, among many that JFP was assigned to deliver by AUSBUILD, was to bring the Estate Branding to life. That is, to make sure that the PROMINENCE brand was physically prominent when potential purchasers experienced the estate. A collection of Estate Entry statements, themed fencing and tree planting across Pallara make it easy for buyers to realise that they are in a PROMINENCE community.

In addition to delivering a prominent product that can be seen, JFP has delivered on a number of fronts that will go unseen, such as the design and construction of trunk underground infrastructure, the management of timely development approvals and the drafting of Disclosure Plans to allow for the early sale of allotments to meet the overwhelming market demand.
