UDIA CEO Kirsty Chessher-Brown introducing the MBRC Mayor & CEO to a well attended UDIA seminar; in person for the first time in the region since the start of the COVID19 Pandemic.

JFP’s Graeme Bews and John Pappas were there to hear messages from the Mayor and CEO which were a positive acknowledgement of what Council is seeking to change to reinvigorate urban development in the region.

The extensive planning works announced by the Mayor & CEO in relation to Trunk Infrastructure, the Regional Growth Management Strategy and Neighbourhood Planning are welcomed and provide evidence of a more active approach to growth management by the new administration.
