Exciting Times for Caloundra and Mooloolaba!

Our Sunshine Coast planning team recently attended UDIA’s Spotlight On – Caloundra & Mooloolaba event. The session provided insights from Councillors Tim Dwyer and John Connolly into Council’s design initiatives and infrastructure charge incentives to revitalise Caloundra’s CBD into the future.

It was great to see how visionary master planning and streetscape improvements will help transform Caloundra’s heart into a vibrant civic and creative hub with a regional art gallery, library and town square supported by pedestrian friendly spines and higher density built form! Likewise, implementation of the Mooloolaba foreshore improvement strategy will help enhance Mooloolaba’s position as a key tourist destination on the coast.
