Brainstorming Fun! Encouraging Playable Urban Design

Brainstorming Fun!  Encouraging Playable Urban Design

Our Principal Landscape Architect, Andrew Galt, recently attended a QUT Institute for Future Environments Workshop on Playable Urban Design. The event, attended by researchers and practitioners alike, focussed on using good Urban Design to encourage increased activity by introducing fun ways to exercise incidentally in public spaces.  Sessions were held brainstorming Playable Urban Design approaches.  Participants then discussed what could be done in practice to make Playable Urban Design a reality.

More fun in public spaces in the future? Yes please!
