JFP’s Town Planning team have recently secured approval for a 122 residential unit development at Marine Parade, Redcliffe for the Horan Group.

The seven-storey proposal has been designed with owner occupiers in mind, with each unit provided with large outdoor living areas overlooking Moreton Bay and generous communal open space facilities on the ground level.

The Development Application for Ellivo Architects designed project was lodged, assessed and approved in a timely manner and is the 3rd project that the Horan Group will have undertaken in the Redcliffe area.
