New Noosa Plan

Noosa Shire Council has released its draft Noosa Plan for public consultation. The new Noosa Plan will replace the current Planning Scheme after Council reviews submissions and the State Government has undertaken its final review of the Planning Scheme.

We encourage you to review your landholdings to make sure the draft Noosa Plan is not adversely affecting your site’s development potential.  The community has until 20th May, 2019 to make a written submission on the draft Noosa Plan.
