JFP was engaged by Brisbane City Council’s Major Projects team to support the Victoria Park Master Plan through a comprehensive suite of survey services. Our team undertook topographic, identification, hydrographic and Subsurface Utility Investigation (SUI) surveys across more than 40 hectares of this landmark greenspace, helping to inform its transformation—including its future as the 2032 Olympic Stadium precinct.

A key deliverable was a single, precise Digital Terrain Model, created to support design development by Council and consultants. JFP’s work included the reinstatement of boundaries for 7 land parcels and 13 secondary interests as well as the detailed location of 4000 significant trees and multiple water bodies.

Delivered ahead of schedule and to rigorous technical standards, this project showcases JFP’s capability to deliver high-quality data efficiently and collaboratively on large-scale civic and recreational projects.
