JFP was engaged by the Dennis Family Corporation to secure a change to an existing approval to allow for multiple dwellings to be established on a site, where multiple dwellings were not originally contemplated. JFP’s planners were instrumental in gaining Council support for the proposal, applying their problem-solving approach to navigate a complex approval path and ‘lock in’ new residential uses for the site.
The site had a number of constraints including flooding, vegetation and bushfire risk. JFP’s project team communicated closely with the associated consultants to ensure that the ultimate design addressed all constraints. As a result, the development obtained all the necessary approvals to allow it to progress. Our Landscape Architects crafted the design for the sites landscaping and our Surveyors worked effectively with the Construction team to deliver the Project.
The outcome has been a development that has been well received in the marketplace.
The Tide Residences are an example of how the JFP team can bring innovative thinking to help clients deliver projects on sites that are affected by older existing approvals or other physical constraints.
