THE CURTIS

The Curtis high rise residential development is located in the heart of the Gladstone CBD. The building has commanding views of the Harbour and Calliope River from all levels. Each unit is finished to a high standard with large balconies to capitalise on the scenic outlook.

JFP provided an extensive range of services for the project including; providing Town Planning expertise to manage the development Application for the proposal; landscape design, civil engineering design as well as construction setout and As-constructed surveys. JFP also provided the titling for the apartments into a community management scheme. The project proved very successful with it ultimately being turned into self-contained apartment accommodation by the Central Apartments Group.
