The Atrium is a multi-tenanted commercial complex located in Tewatin. The Client asked JFP to undertake a three stage Survey to transform the format of the complex. To being with Titles were arranged for an existing pair of Office Buildings that had Volumetric Surveys within them. Subsequently a Commercial Subdivision of the site took place before a final Community Title Survey created 4 multi-tenanted Properties from the original one.

This project is a good example of how JFP’s Surveyors can assist Commercial Developers to reformat their tenancies to provide greater flexibility or increased rent.
