The 55 Unit multi-unit project built on Samford Road, Enoggera, forms part of the larger Defence Housing community and is a prime example of the infill development envisaged by the South East Regional Plan. Ellivo Architects designed a contemporary 2-5 storey unit concept for the project.
JFP was commissioned by the client to obtain planning approvals and to design and address landscape and civil works requirements for the site. JFP’s Town Planners were successful in negotiating increased floor area and height allowances based on the site’s strategic location near the Enoggera Army Barracks and the Gaythorne Railway Station.
JFP’s Landscape Architects were responsible for creating a lush environment that provided softening and privacy for residents, as well as screening for adjacent properties.
JFP has extensive experience in working with Urban Developers and Architects to convert undeveloped sites to deliver Multi–unit dwellings for future SEQ residents with high levels of amenity.
