- Architecturally designed multi–storey tower located within Gladstone City
JFP’s multi-disciplinary approach has seen this High Density Residential project progress from conception to the construction phase smoothly. JFP was able to secure a favourable Development Permit and also obtained relevant surveying data including identification survey, pre-construction survey and prepare preliminary Building Format Plans for the Community Titles Scheme.
JFP’s understanding of Local Council requirements and processes ensured that approval processes were finalised quickly and efficiently. JFP’s Landscape Architects showed their strength in both creative and precise design when faced with a challenging streetscape that required compliant access from a very steep street.
JFP offers an integrated approach, in association with project architects, to developing High Density Residential Sites. The Project is further evidence of JFP’s ability to work with Urban Developers and Project Architects to deliver High Density Residential Developments in regional cities and towns across Queensland.
