As a significant consultant on AVEO’s team for the Master Planned Community, JFP played a major role in coordinating the project during the design and implementation phases. More specifically, our urban design expertise was used to create housing products tailored to the Client’s expectations while balancing environmental values against product yields. As the project progressed and market conditions altered, the Client required greater flexibility in dwelling choice across the project.
JFP creatively negotiated the town planning details required to increase the ability to provide a greater mix of housing choice across the project. This in turn allowed the Client greater freedom in progressing the project. Working on a significant Master Planned Community such as Peregian Springs for well over a decade has given JFP ample experience to ensure that its involvement in any future Master Planned Communities would result in successful outcomes.
