Noosa Shire is famous for its beaches.

To assist the Council to understand how best to protect these wonderful natural resources JFP was asked by our Client to extract and model multiple Bathymetric Lidar data sets (2011 and 2013) to create multiple Beach cross sections for the section of Coastline from Coolum to Noosa. The generated data was to be used to forecast potential Beach Erosion patterns.

This project is one of many examples of how JFP Spatial Services can assist to collect, extract and model data for a variety of purposes.
