JFP provided our client with its full range of services allowing the successful completion of this project from concept design, planning through to the detailed survey, engineering, landscape design and construction phases.
In response to changes in market demand, JFP was engaged to secure a change to Council’s development approval which involved changing two ‘serviced apartment’ buildings to independent living units, to increase the proportion of 2-3 bedrooms. JFP’s planning expertise ensured that we successfully navigated the approval pathway and obtained approval within quick time frames.
JFP’s ongoing involvement in Noosa Domain from inception has allowed for a seamless delivery of the project in stages over time, assisted by JFP’s substantial knowledge of the site history and approval requirements.
