In response to changes in market demand, JFP was engaged to secure a change to Council’s development approval which involved changing two ‘serviced apartment’ buildings to independent living units, to increase the proportion of 2-3 bedrooms. JFP’s planning expertise ensured that we successfully navigated the approval pathway and obtained approval within quick time frames.
JFP’s ongoing involvement in Noosa Domain from inception has allowed for a seamless delivery of the project in stages over time, assisted by JFP’s substantial knowledge of the site history and approval requirements.
