FOREST SPRINGS MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY

Forest Springs is a Master Planned Community being developed by the Walker Corporation, which is in Gladstone, Central Queensland. The multi-staged residential subdivision is well positioned close to schools and shopping in an area also renowned for its beautiful natural environment.

JFP provided a range of Surveying, Landscape Architectural and Ecology Services for the development. Of particular note, JFP assisted our Client significantly to increase the development footprint on the site by successfully challenging the Property Map of Assessable Vegetation (PMAV) by accurately ground truthing the Endangered Vegetation on site and managing it’s reclassification.

JFP also provided a variety of surveying services, from initial Digital Terrain Model and surrounding boundary Identification Survey through to the final As Constructed and Subdivision Surveys. JFP’s extensive experience was central to the project being completed in a timely and precise manner.

The Forest Springs Estate is a great example of JFP’s ability to manage significant Ecological issues to our Client’s benefit. It also reconfirms JFP’s expertise with supporting Master Planned Communities located in the Central Queensland region.
