DAKOTA APARTMENTS

Our Landscape Architecture team is very versatile when it comes to plant knowledge; from planters to mass gardens, JFP can specialise in any space that requires considerate design and plant implementation. The Dakota Apartments, located in the trendy river-side suburb of Teneriffe, is an old-fashioned apartment building that needed an appropriate frontal planting to accentuate its brick features, as well as providing a façade and rest-point for its residents and passing public. Using an array of different and unique plant species, all diverse in shape, growth habit and colour, an appropriate character to match the Dakota Apartments has been established, thriving amongst the busy life of Teneriffe.

The designated seating and feature planting stretches along the face of the apartment complex, providing some privacy for bottom-level shop frontages as well as softening the harsh brick structure of the building. These highly detailed and diverse feature-planter styles are a fine example of the ecological work that our Landscape Architects are prepared to produce.
