CRANE RAIL AS BUILT SURVEYS

NQ Cranes provide servicing, maintenance and compliance inspections of overhead Gantry Crane rails at industrial sites through Queensland.

JFP have provided As Built Surveys of the Rails, Beams and Columns at each site to assess any alignment issues and areas requiring repair.

JFP Surveyors use remote measurement techniques to capture the required points in difficult to access, elevated areas. Our Surveyors can set up their equipment on the ground, on elevated walk-ways, or on the crane itself. This eliminates the need to use elevated work platforms such as JLG’s or Scissorlifts in most cases.

Where required however, elevated work platforms such as JLG’s or Scissorlifts are used to access the rail locations if other options are not suitable.
