Drawing on its considerable expertise in Master Planning, JFP has been instrumental in the creation of the Coolum Ridges community. Understanding local issues such as slope constraints, vegetation conservation and koala movement corridors, JFP has been able to assist FKP to create an environmentally sensitive Community Title Development with a range of dwelling types.

The entire community is being created under a comprehensive layered Community Title Scheme. This allows a high standard of amenity to be achieved by the overall Body Corporate Manager.
