JFP joined a team of associated consultants, which included Cottee Parker Architects, to support the creation of a major new medical precinct within the Chermside Centre. JFP led the negotiations with Council, Queensland Transport and the Department of Main Roads and all other aspects of the Development Application on behalf of the project team. Based on JFP’s advice and its precise management of the Development Assessment process, a timely Development Approval was obtained for the project. Importantly, only minimal amendments were required to the plans submitted by the project team thus saving the Client and the project team both time and money.
JFPs Involvement with the Chermside Medical Centre project further cements JFP’s experience with institutional projects with a medical focus. The project also reinforced JFP’s ability to be part of a wide ranging, high quality, project team.
