Clarley’s Place Child Care in Margaret Street, Toowoomba represents a high quality child care facility within a traditional character housing area. Providing child care services for up to 98 children the facility provides a range on indoor and outdoor play opportunities in a landscaped setting.
In this instance the client embraced a traditional building design along with the retention of a number of mature trees on site which truly add to the amenity of the facility, providing a point of distinction to other similar child care centres in the area.
JFP was instrumental in the Development Assessment and Landscape Design phases of the project which in collaboration with the project architect has achieved a development that any parent would be pleased to enrol their child.
