The Boundary Industrial Zone development for respected Developer Pradella is a multi-stage Industrial Subdivision situated in a high exposure location adjacent to the Bruce Highway and North Lakes. As part of this project JFP assisted the Development team to navigate through the impacts presented by resumptions by Main Roads for a Bruce Highway Off-Ramp and a future MBRC Arterial Road, Diamond Jubilee Way.

JFP has provided the following Survey services for the Project;

  • Civil setout of main works
  • Asconstructed/ADAC surveys
  • Land Transfer of land to Council
  • Cadastral Surveys for new lots and Easements.
  • Plan sealing at MBRC. Note all Lots are contained in a Community Title Scheme

JFP has also provided it services to a number of similar Industrial subdivisions across South-East and Central Queensland in recent times.
