SCOTT MARSH

Scott brings almost 30 years of experience in urban development to his role as Engineering Manager at JFP. Having progressed through a range of technical and leadership roles within the business, he has a deep understanding of how effective engineering underpins successful project outcomes.

Scott is responsible for the performance and delivery of JFP’s engineering services, guiding teams with clarity, consistency and sound technical judgement. His experience across engineering design, construction processes and regulatory frameworks  – working with local authorities throughout Queensland – allows him to support projects with confidence and practical insight.

Known for his clear communication and collaborative style, Scott sets high standards for quality and reliability, while mentoring team members and promoting effective systems. His focus on accuracy, professionalism and dependable delivery ensures JFP’s engineering work continues to meet client expectations and support the firm’s multidisciplinary approach.
